This is an explanation of how Theta Healing makes fundamental changes and how it impacts on students and clients. It explains how some of your beliefs are formed and how they create the experiences in your life.

MUSCLE TESTING FOR SUBCONSCIOUS BELIEFS

Your life is based on the beliefs in your subconscious mind. You continually attract to you experiences in your life based on these beliefs. This video shows you how you can check what beliefs you hold.

It also shows how Theta Healing changes beliefs and you can participate in this process and change some of yours, if you chose to do so.

emotional healing

This is an example of working with a client to heal emotional issues. To make lasting changes in Theta Healing we want to find the belief that is the 'core issue', the one creating the problem. To do this we use a system of questioning we call 'digging'. This is an example of working with a client to establish what is causing the emotional problem for her.
